These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HomeBasket mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using HomeBasket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use HomeBasket.

If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you should use HomeBasket only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

HomeBasket is designed to help users organise grocery purchases, track spending and gain insights into their shopping habits.
You agree to use HomeBasket only for lawful purposes.

HomeBasket uses artificial intelligence (AI) and optical character recognition (OCR) to analyse receipt images and extract information such as store names, purchased items, quantities and prices.
While we continuously improve our technology, AI-generated results may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted information before relying on it.
HomeBasket is intended for personal grocery tracking and budgeting. It should not be relied upon for accounting, taxation, auditing or financial reporting purposes.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to HomeBasket, including receipt images and any information you enter into the app.
By uploading content, you grant HomeBasket a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
HomeBasket, including its name, logo, branding, software, design, graphics, features and content, is owned by HomeBasket or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit any part of HomeBasket without our prior written permission.
HomeBasket may introduce optional paid subscriptions or Premium features in the future.
If Premium features become available, pricing, billing terms, renewal details and cancellation policies will be presented before any purchase is made.
We strive to keep HomeBasket available and functioning reliably.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services. We may suspend, update or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for maintenance, improvements or operational reasons.
You may stop using HomeBasket and delete your account at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeBasket makes no warranties regarding:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeBasket and its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Services.
Where permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to HomeBasket during the twelve months preceding the claim, or SGD 100 if no payment has been made.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Your use of HomeBasket is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and may notify you through the app or by email where appropriate.
Your continued use of HomeBasket after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of HomeBasket shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
